DISGUSTING SERVICE!! FED UP!!

I am now absolutely fed up with the continued shocking service from Autopage Greenstone and am considering the Cell C contract buyout because I am sick and tired of wasting my time, airtime and money on trying to get the services I am paying for!!!! <br> <br> In Mid-March i came in to change my contract from my father's name to mine. I continually emailed Harold for feedback on the progress of the change and never got a response to my continued emails, despite my urgency! The contract is STILL in my father's name nearly 3 months later. For the last 2 days I have been calling Harold constantly, each time told that he will call me back, which he NEVER does. Today i have called 3 times for him and have been put on hold with annoying guitar music playing in my ear while wasting my airtime!! I sent Harold an email threatening to put this up on Hello Peter if he didnt call me back...so you can guess whether he called me back...<br> <br> If this issue is not resolved today, I WILL be cancelling my contract! This is not the first instance of terrible service from Altech Autopage Greenstone, so my patience is worn completely thin! <br> <br> <br> <br>
