DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have a Blackberry 9720. The phone was not charging, i took it to Autopage for booking for repairs. The phone is under a year. The agent at the Lenasia branch said it is still under Technical Warranty. I was told to wait for 6 weeks for my phone. When I called the called centre spoke to Siphiwe who was absolutely unhelpful and rude and had a terrible attitude and told me that I am most welcome to put them on Hello Peter. I was told the phone is being returned to the Lenasia branch and it cannot fixed because it a mechanical damage and it is not repairable yet though the charging pin seemed faulty. Siphiwe has such an attitude and told me to get a new phone when my phone is under contract. Autopage is a terrible cellphone company and they quite useless. I will tell all my friends and family not to ever use Altech Autopage as they dont provide what they say. I am disgusted at their Technical department and their call centre service. I was told by the agent Autopage in lenasia, charging pin not wroking for blackberry is a common problem yet though repair department has a different story. Altech will promise you a good service just to get a person to take a contract.. Disgusting.
