DISGUSTING, LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND POOR SERVICE

I upgraded to a Samsung galaxy s4 last year in December and i was told my phone would be delivered in 2 to 5 working days which to my greatest surprise turned to 3 months since I only received the phone yesterday after countless phone calls I have had to make to Altech Autopage with no luck of getting prompt and efficient service. Since I am migrating to another network and I was advised that as soon as I receive the phone I must call the customer service centre and they will assist me with the migration process but guess what?? I am still waiting for the some lady's call who promised to call me back as there was a problem with my service being cancelled or whatever, the lady's name is Nomsa if my mind serves me great. I made this call yesterday at about 08:45, but did not hear from her. I then followed up at about 16:48 and some lady answered my call and she wasn't even interested in assisting me but instead she commanded me to wait for Nomsa who happened to be on another call at that time! Bear in mind that I am using my airtime for all this major inconvenience, lack of communication and inefficiency from Altech Autopage cellular staff.
