DISGUSTING

In the Month of May 2015 I took out a contract with Altech Auto page. The contract was for a Samsung galaxy s6 which was priced for R529 per month which also included R 200 airtime which was a top up contract. My understanding of a top up contract is that I will pay R529 and if i need any more data or airtime I will have to load them myself. My First debit order went out and I was charged R 664, I do not have the contract sim let alone know what the number is.<br> <br> when you contact there helpdesk the agents answer the phone and then put you on hold for 15 min.<br> <br> I did not receive a statement and have no idea why I was over charged.<br> <br> First company to charge you for things you don't have this is *****ing.<br> <br> SOME OF US WORK OF BUDGETS AND THAN YOU GET AUTO PAGE WHOLE ***** UP THAT..<br> <br> <br>
