Disgusted with *********** staff

In November last year Nashua Mobile ceased to exist and all their customers were shipped off to Autopage. As my contract was due to expire in December the month after I contacted Autopage and told them to cancel the contract in stead of taking an upgrade. I was told that it would be done and take effect on the 23rd of December 2014 with the numbers being made prepaid. In April or May of this year I received a call from Autopage demanding payment for Jan - Mar, which I explained to the *********** caller that I had requested cancellation. I was told that she would investigate and provide feedback. This never happened! Then I received a threatening sms from Nudebt in September stating that my account had been handed over to them, I immediately contacted Autopage and once again spoke to an *********** person who assured me that she would get it sorted out by requesting the voice recordings of my previous communications and escalating the query to somebody more competent, this also never happened and I am still receiving nasty sms messages from Nudebt.<br> <br> Somebody please get an intelligent solution before this gets out of hand.
