disgusted at the level of service received

I am a very disgruntled customer. just as a point of interest I will NOT be upgrading my contract with Autopage once it expires in 2 years time, in fact I would like to actually find out if I can cancel my contract now and you are more than welcome to come and collect your phone.<br> <br> firstly when I upgraded I opted for a Sony Xperia Z3, when I received the phone it was a used phone (this was as per a consultant at Autopage call centre) that had water in the camera and wouldn't go on at all. I then returned it, it 2 weeks for ME to find out what was going on as I did not receive a call, sms or email detailing what was going on with my phone, eventually after 3 weeks I received my phone after much frustration, although I was happy to receive my phone it was delivered to me with no SIM card, how does one use a phone without a SIM card, please can you answer me that question.<br> <br> so on Saturday 14/02/2015 I had to go out of my way to collect my SIM, now it is Tuesday 17/02/2015 and my mobile data is still not working and every INCOMPITENT person in your call centre and technical queries either push me from pillar to post or tell me they cannot assist? please can SOMEONE HELP ME...
