Disgusted

I arranged my partner's upgrade weeks ago and dealt with Vanessa. When he arrived at the store today, she was not very eager to help me. Eventually when she gave him her attention, it was to tell him the bill had not been paid. He told her the new bill had not even arrived yet, she was not interested in providing any customer service, only concerned about a bill which had not even been sent to the accountant yet. His company has had their contracts with them for years and he was appalled at this treatment. He actually left the store and will be taking his business elsewhere. Being the managing director this wasted an entire afternoon of his time. What pathetic representation of the MTN network and the irony is that 2 years ago this very same *********** person messed up his previous upgrade too.
