My cell phone had a soft lock on for the entire weekend, due to some sort of error/limit! My baby was in ICU and I couldn't make any calls or sms! Even though this is not my fault I have to waste my time to phone Autopage, hold on for 10 minutes to get my phone unlocked! Spoke to a very unsympathetic consultant, and when I ask to escalate the matter, I get put on hold again!
