disgust

The past two yeas has been a living nitemare with this company. I have logged several complaints in the past at the start of my relationship which was assumed to be resolved however i still kept receiving text of an account holder Mr B Maseko of his bank transactions. I have sent emails in June which was 2 months in advance requesting my contract be ended as i took this out 28 August 2013 to my suprise im still being billed. A debit order was put through on my bank acc on the 21st of September which fell on a Sunday when my contract states its for the 20th and it bounce leaving me with admin charges. Note this is after my cotract expired. October another payment goes off and i have consultants threatening me saying they never received any notification when i have it in black & white. Never was i given a contract to sign there is no proof of this agreement but im the crimninal then to top it off the store i purchased this device from closed down and this group nolonger exist because they were a chain store.. i still have all my emails from the last query that i took to the ombudsman and will surely submit this query as well.. This is day light *******.I regret ever taking this phone
