Disgraceful Service

I got a call from your call centre in February which I upgraded via ur consultant. To date the phone has not arrived, I am being billed for something that I do not have despite ur 101 calls to me to sell me further contracts when you have not managed to resolve the first sale and despite me telling the 101 agents that call me about the issue, to date, no one in management has had the decency to call and try and resolve the issue. I then get told that the handset is not longer available. Your service is disgraceful, you do not meet customer requirements and your standards are below the belt. Do you not look at or review ur agents calls and comments to better your service......change ur database cos ur call for no reason and send sms wasting clients time. ur company is not up to world class standards
