Discontinued Roaming Service

After many many emails (See below) my roaming is still not working and I have been unable to use my phone for two months. Please help and reinstate the situation or of not possible cancel my contract so I can get a supplier who can provide a service.<br> W Schaerer<br> <br> I have had an account with Autopage for about six years and when I started working in Zambia 3 years ago arranged to have International Roaming as part of the service. I recently renewed my contract after receiving a call from Noluyanda Tsoanyana [Email Removed] from the Midrand Office. The renewal was concluded over the phone while I was in Zambia but a couple of week later the roaming abruptly stopped. <br> When I was recently in SA I visited the Craighall Autopage I requested assistance and was informed the roaming service was active but on return to Zambia roaming still is still not working. I have sent at least at least ten emails to both Noluyanda and [Email Removed] but have no assistance but automatic computer replies - RE: [Task 771219] Task Closed.<br> As I am still out of the country I can't phone or get emails of more senior personnel and despite requests for the problem to be escalated I have not received a response.
