Disconnects my phone

Every now and again they would disconnect my device and i am a sales rep , my phone is the thing that i use the most , probably 95 persent of the day . The first couple of times i decided to just let it go but now it is becoming a problem. my wife also has n device on my name and we have a small baby at home when they disconnect her phone how would she be able to contact me if something goes horribly wrong and everytime the disconnect the devices we cant get hold of each other and really this is becoming a major problem please sort this out i cant have my wife and baby at home with this kind of problem
