Disappointed

Upgraded my account in March. Was told to expect the upgrade within 7 to 14 working days. Got an sms stating my order was ready for collection on 27th March. I go the Sunday to collect and was told only the phone had arrived not the xbox...so was told to come back on Tuesday. So I arrived on Tuesday only to be told that the xbox hasn't arrived but it has been dispatched from Jhb and will most likely be there by Wednesday. Said fine will collect Thursday. Low and behold I arrive Thursday and it isn't there. The staff there couldn't give me an answer and was asked how the guy told me it was dispatched (how would I know as I don't work there) Anyway so I asked for managers number...still waiting for her to return our calls...All I want is an honest answer for a change. Lying will not get you anywhere.
