Disapointment in service

Nudebt took the full amount outstanding on my account on the 20/4/2015, which is correct as I owed the money. They received the payment as it was not unpaid on my bank account. Then to my dismay there were another 3 debits on my bank account on 30/4/2015 for the exact total of the outstanding amount which they had already received. I was then charged R138 x 3 = R414 on my bank account for each debit order unpaid as I did not expect them to debit me again for the already paid up account. If the amount was still outstanding, then yes by all means debit my account. I feel that this is very unfair and it has caused my bank account to be overdrawn. I contacted Autopage twice within that time to get my cell phone unblocked as well as they just left it blocked even though it was paid up to date. I would like all my bank charges to be refunded to me. If they are so concerned about their clients this will be refunded.
