DIGUSTING AND PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I sent my iphone in for repairs in December 2014 and they contacted me on the 23/01/15 to advise the phone was ready for collection. I went to the store to collect my phone but was advised that the phone was not there. Upon looking at the receipt I was given, the delivery address said Westgate instead of La Lucia. I stay in Durban so why send it to Johannesburg???? They were not helpful and couldn't tell me when I would have my phone. They then advised that the phone wasn't repaired??? When I asked why they advised that the phone \find my phone app"was still on"
