Difficulty in re-instating the account and payment

I am a Cell C account holder that was provided by Altech Autopage, my problem is I changed banks and since then it became difficult to have my debit order done accordingly and all the time i tried to get help, I was told that they cannot access my information because my account was with the collection department, I wrote letters but nothing is forth coming except the collection department telling me to make arrangements, I cant make arrangements when these are outstanding: When did my account go to arrears? When is my contract expiring, when was the last time I used the services, how much is the current balance, I do not need the tracers fees since I never disappeared but their system shut me out, I am prepared to pay for this account provided I get the answers accordingly
