Did Autopage ***** my phone?

on the 08.02.2016 they called, I agreed to upgrade. they said 3-4 working days delivery. On the 11.02.2016 they messaged to say they are processing and this would be done in 24hrs. Only to message me later that the request has been completed? Yet I had no phone? the on the 19.02.2016 they send me a rate our service request to an address first didn't exist but when I tried from my phone it comes up with a piracy issue and is deemed not safe. I called and after an hour of speaking to 7 various people and being cut off 6 times, I spoke to Mable who assured me some one would call in and hour with an answer. That was over 5 hours ago. oh and apparently Menlyn has my phone and no one answers there... ever!!!!<br> <br> So now the question is:<br> 1. Did Autopage up grade me then ***** my phone?<br> 2. Did Autopage compromise my current phone with a dodge survey?<br> 3. Does Autopage even care, as long as they are getting there money? <br> 4. Why does menlyn have my phone and are they even still open, once again fear that the phone has been stole?<br> 5. Has my account with Autopage now been compromised?
