Denied providing me with an ITC number

I went to Altech Autpage where I got my phone from and asked for an ITC number as it had been ******. They told m ethat because I have been handed to their legal department they will not give me one. The one thing has nothing to do with the other. I want an ITC number so I can get my phone replaced and am in the process of sorting out payment with them anyway.<br> <br> What is this country coming to. The two things are completely unrelated.
