delivery of device

Gave the upgrades department delivery address but they sent to rong address , i couldnt get hold off customer service n used all my airtime tryng to sort out and track device . After upgrade was done my sms's also went away , i would like to cancel upgrade and end this contract , **** dervice ,even instore theysaid they cant help ,never will recomend to anyone , uptill today no has contacted me after my details wer given to be called
