delivery address for upgrade

I received a call to upgrade. I agreed to upgrade and updated my work details as I have changed employment. the lady put on the delivery address the work address. I had asked her to use the home address but deliver at work and it was greed upon. to my surprise, when they delivered they requested work address proof which I didn't have. the phone was taken back and now they are out of stock and apparently someone said I called to cancel the contract. surprised again!!! I called everyday to rectify this and no one would help me because the initial lady who called is the only one to rectify her mistake. all they could do was take a message and she never got the messages. surprised again!!! which didn't make sense to me. I am very disappointed at the way the whole thing was handled. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A NEW STOCK after wasting my time calling and calling...
