Delayed SIM swap

I app**** for a SIM swap at Autopage outlet in Brakpan on Saturday and received my SIM and was told it would take 2-24 hrs to activate. By yesterday nothing, call centre advised there was a network error and would submit again but would have to wait another 2-24 hrs. Phoned again today and was advised the SIM was not RICA'd. Not my problem, nobody informed me that this was the reason for the delay until this morning. Surely this is the responsiblity of the salesperson (Ronny) at the outlet to ensure this was done - gave him my ID on Saturday when I got my SIM. I was told that it would be activated by late afternoon. Phoned again 15 mins ago and Neo at your call centre told me that it will only be finalised by 12:00 tomorrow. I find this service totally unacceptable, having to wait more than 48 hrs for incompetence given the fact this is an existing contract active since 2002! This was supposed to be a simple SIM swap. I want an apology and this matter finalised by no later than 12:00 tomorrow. No more excuses.
