Delay in Activtion

On Friday 1st May i paid for a sim swop on my account and was informed that this process would take 24 to 48 hours to process. Taking into account the public holiday I did allow AutoPage some time to activate my request however it is now Monday 4th May, 72 hours later and still not activated. <br> When i called the help line they informed me that it was activated but did not go through the system which i find unacceptable and with such technology available that is a poor excuse. as i did not have the SIm card number with me it is not possible to activate the number until Tuesday 5th May.
