Deeply Dissapointed!!!
I have cancelled my contract in September already and the person who assisted me assured me that my contract will end in November, when I phoned this morning to know what's cooking, I was told my contract will only go off between 10 - 14 Dec and if there's any additional charge they will deduct that as well. Each time I phone they give me a different date my contract will end. <br> I have phoned head office on *** several times without getting through to them or answers to my questions.<br> This is the most pathetic excuse of a service provider I have ever experienced! I will not recommend using them EVER!!
