Deducted twice on same day

On the 31.07.15 as has been the case sionce 01.01.2014 an amount of R1130.00 was deducted for my cell phone via debit order from my FNB account. On the same day an amount of R600.00 was debited from my Nedbank account for the same number. *** when I queried this with Autopage last week I spoke to Innocentia and given *** and assured it was a mistake and the money would be refunded. When I called today I was informed that it isn't so and Sandy in the accounts wasn't prepared to assist me. I have advised Autopage that if I do not get answers by end of the day I will cancel my contract and stop the debit order. Please help me get to the bottom of this thank you<br>
