Deducted high data charges without proof

I woke up this morning with an sms indicating that autopage has deducted R3425.00 for my data contract that is normally R126.00. I have logged a complaint with them and was told I used the data and that I am liable for this amount but will not provide me with proof of this. I have never used this much data since I got my contract back in 2009. I have called them several times today but keep getting dropped and people are unwilling to help but it never stops them from taking my money. I just want to know what the hell is going on and where the problem is on there side as we NEVER used this data!!!! my wife and I both have Samsung S4 cell phones and we only use the ipad for browsing, no downloads or movies at all.<br> <br> I am considering taking my business elsewhere because of this.
