deduct funds for 16 months without device received

On Friday, 25th of October 2013 I upgrade my contract for 24 months for the Cellphone Nokia 625 Lumia (MTN 100 Topup) at Autopage Melrose . On Sunday, 27 October cellphone was not activated and I took cellphone to Nokia Vodaworld Midrand to check and advised that I have to return cellphone is faulty because does not read sim card.
Then the following day on Monday 29th October I return to the store to check and found that does not read sim card and I signed return goods form and John advised that they have to return to their Head Office in order to replace it.
On the 04th November I called to enquire about the new cellphone and he said he have not receive it yet, he will let me know as soon as they receive it.
On the 07th November he called to collect the phone. I went same day to the Autopage Melrose store and request consultant to insert sim card and transfer data. I waited for 2 to 3 hours, Assistant and their co-workers struggling to transfer data due to not paired with any phone over Bluetooth and fails on signal.
Autopage deduct full amount including device monthly from Feb 2014 until April 2015 without not having any device. on 18 May they deduct 1237.45 with no details
