Debiting in my account with no contract with them

My account has been debited and I don't have cell phone contract with the company. I went to the store and consultants and the manager there promised to resolve the matter and follow up with me nothing has been done to date and money is still going off my account. Poor customer service in the store even the manager don't seem to care about customers complain. This has been going on for over six months now
