Debit order still not set up after 3 months

I have tried to set up a debit order on my Altech account for 3 months now. Every month I wait for the debit to come off and it doesn't. I call them and they say the debit order is set up, then I tell them it didn't come off. They set it up again (supposedly), tell me to pay manually this month, and next month it will come off. Next month, same story. I have confirmed bank details 3 times now, and still, no debit order. Getting very tired of repeating myself.
