Debit Order off cancelled account

I just received notification from my bank that Autopage has taken a debit order off my account. I do not have any contracts with them all the previous contracts were cancelled and settled. This is the exact same amount that they took off my account last year to settle what i owed. It is the middle of the month when money is tight and now this!!! you have emptied my bank account on a false charge and now I have to scramble and find a way to survive until I get this money refunded! I have letters from Autopage stating i dont owe them a cent and yet more than R1000 gets taken out my account without notice or reason or signed authorisation from me to debit my account. Autopage this is THEFT and ***** and I intend on laying a charge and taking this further legally. its about time someone did something about this
