Debit order going off after my contract cancelled

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I am very unhappy!<br> <br> Still no feedback from the Autopage in Brandwag, Bloemfontein. I have been waiting so long for the lady Adel to give me any feedback, that I decided to rather just cancel my contract with Autopage altogether.<br> <br> I received notification that my number is now diverted to prepaid, meaning that the contract is cancelled, but still I got a debit order notification that Autopage debited for April, even when I am not on contract anymore (as notified by THEM and Cell C, the network provider).<br> <br> <br> And since when does a company debit money on the 31st if the month only starts on the 1st? That is unacceptable.<br> <br> I want my money back NOW!!!!<br> <br> Someone give me answers because I am now fed up! <br> <br> A week ago I gave Autopage a compliment on good service from Mr Adonis, but it seems it is only him that provides the good service and not the company itself!<br> <br>
