Debit oder AFTER contract expired

I cancelled my Autopage contract on the 5th of September 2015 after 16 years. The reason being that I have just to much problems with Autopage. The contract that started the 6 of October 1999 was supposed to stop on the 6th of October 2015. It did not. I c?lled Autopage and spoke to (think it was) Twala ref nr. 620280<br> After the 16 Oct the contract did not stop due to incompetence from Autopage (Again)<br> Zahir ref 533 557<br> Now another debit order went off the 1st of November. Now them I called, Autopage said I can cancelled late????!!!!<br> Autopage, this is why I cancelled, your staff are useless. NOTHING EVER GETS DONE CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. For 16 years I NEVER missed a payment,the contract is done now. PLEASE credit my account asap.
