DEACTIVATED MY BIS SERVICES IN ERROR

When I took my contract bis services was included in it. I suddenly see that my phone says out of data. When I called the called, I spoke to Clementine she said its not included I told her she check the system again properly. She checked the system again and said they deactivated by mistake and I was not notified of same. Furthermore she said she escalated the matter for it to be reactivated. Reference number 895573.<br> I have lost all my airtime because it keeps saying that I have no data. Please note that I want all my money re-imbursed that was deducted by error as I was not aware that your company deactivated my bis services. Please ensure that my services is re-activated. Furthermore Altech is a pathetic and disgusting company that lies to customers of excellent service when they want to hook a customer for their contracts. I am fed up this type of service. Truly Altech needs to wake up and either wise they will definitely lose business and close down and if they have the attitude that they are a huge company with many branches that they can never close down, there nothing too big and impossible for God to take on.
