On the 13th I spoke to Marowaan on the phone regarding an upgrade. He was most helpful.Yesterday the 14th I went to Autopage Tygervalley for an upgrade. I took all docs + R150 for the upgarde. But on the box of the phone it said ''mini sim'' <br> The lady who helped me said I would have to pay R150 for a new sim???? Despite the fact that I have sim insurance.<br> <br> Autopage this is REALLY rediculous. I was yet again so disappointed in you. I cancelled my upgrade and left. I refuse to pay for a sim cart after paying sim insurance every month and would rather let my contract exipre on bases of principal.<br> New pre-paid sims costs R0.99<br> I did a sim swap at 8ta for R25.<br> <br> You asked me R150, and lost an upgrade.<br> <br> Unacceptable and very disappointing.
