DATA USAGE NOT BY ME

I've been a loyal client of Autopage for 15 years, and have a cell phone contract as well as a 2GB wireless data package. Looking at history, you will note that I have never exceeded use of 2GB. I use internet for one purpose only,to pay accounts online on a monthly basis. I am the only user.On 29 May 2015, an amount of R5839.24 was deducted off my acount by Autopage.I immediately requested feedback as I was astounded at this huge amount. I also went onto your website and lodged a complaint - needless to say, I am still waiting for a response. Debbie sent me a report that showed the data usage as well as times, but this doesn't help me at all, as I am telling you that I did not use this data. Another amount of R800+ was deducted the following month, and then end October another amount of R3800. I am really upset as no one seems to believe me that I did not use this data & no willingness to assist to sort this matter out and refund my money back to me. Who in their right mind would run up such a huge account in data if I can buy data much much cheaper? Somehow someone or something has been using data, and I have had to pay for it.Extremely disappointed in service.
