Data usage is ridiculous! You are ripping us off!

We've been with Nashua mobile for a long time an we had now problems whatsoever. Now that Altech Autopage is our service provider, now all of a sudden our Data gets depleted not even halfway through the month and we get charged for outrageous amounts of data, but our internet usage habits has not changed in the last year, if any we use less data than before. When asked for a breakdown, we got a statement with number on that does not make any sense at all. My wife is on maternity leave at the moment as we have a newborn in the house, so she is not actually earning a salary, so any extra charges are killing us! <br> Altech, you are literally taking food out of my childs mouth. Have you no shame?! <br> The reason why we did not go with Altech in the first place is that hen we first requested a quote from them we only heard from them back after almost three weeks, now we are stuck with them in the end. Somebody please give me advice on these guys. My only option seems like going to the CPA, seeing that there are so many people with the same problem as us.
