Data Usage Bill

I have been billed for data usage despite having a data bundle in place. I have 2 reference numbers 810535 and 814570. I was credited R1284.96 on my September bill although i was billed R1703.60 for 1971.47MB in August. Not sure why I was not credited the full amount.<br> <br> My July invoice has this line item 2015/07/17 - 2015/08/16 Mtn Data R 228.07.<br> <br> Further to this my data bundle has now been changed to a 1GIG bundle from this month, I did not request nor authorize this.<br> <br> The last straw was visiting your Cresta branch having the Franchisee/Consultant tell me that nothing on my account is from his store and essentially was not his problem.<br> <br> I do not understand how our business take their consumers for granted.<br> <br> <br>
