DATA USAGE
I have been a customer of Altech Autopage for over 16 years and over the last three months, i have been charged DATA USAGE which i have not used. October they say i have used 1.3gig of data on my phone. Well i have a Blackberry and if i want to download anything, it says, not enough memory! I also have an iphone and a tablet which i used through another company on WiFi so have no need to pay for data on my blackberry. When i speak to them they just say that i have used it and thats all there is to it. NO I HAVE NOT
