Data overbilling

<p>I took out a data contract with Autopage cellular almost 5 years back, more than 2 years ago I have extended the contract and paid R95 per month for 2 GB data. In the 5 years I have never been over my 2 GB data usage.</p> <p>February 2016 they hit me with a bill of R4742.15. When I queried this amount they told me that I have an open contract and i went over my 2GB usage.</p> <p>My request to them was they should give me a breakdown of what i used my data on and how much data it was, they came back with data usage of 7.7 GB but no other breakdown of what I've used this data on.</p> <p>They now keep on deducting this ridiculous amount from my bank account, i keep on returning it as they cannot provide me with the breakdown of usage i've requested.</p> <p>How can I in 5 years not once exceed my limit and suddenly I exceed my limit with 5 GB.</p> <p>There answer to me is my case has been closed. </p>
