Data contract excessive billing
I have had a MTN 2 Gig data contract through Autopage for 4 years. in all this time I did not exceed the 2 Gig usage. For the last two years, the cost was R99 per month. On August 1, Autopage deducted R4957-98 from my bank account!!! and while I was waiting for their feedback regarding this, they deducted R6028-86 on 1 September!!! They claim that this is valid usage!! I disagree! they also say that they will not refund the money. Be careful for Autopage AND MTN!!! I have now \Hardbarred"the contract and cancelled it as soon as it runs out"
