Data connection fault

I've had to log numerous faults as my data connection service on my phone keeps being removed. I have to call in each to get it re-enabled, most times being on hold for more than 30 minutes (the worst being on hold for an hour and 40 min). I get the service re-enable, only for it to be removed within 2 days, and the process starts over. I've logged a fault with and have a reference number, but I've been wait for over 2 weeks for feedback on that. Then this morning I get an e-mail that the fault log has been closed - no one followed up with me, no one gave me any feedback - the call was just closed. I've already called in 4 times, and my data is off again, so I will have to call again.
