Data capping

My account was transfered to Altech Auto page from Nashua mobile and my contract terms have been changed without any information or communication to myself.<br> <br> I signed up for a contract with Nashua mobile which had a capping facility on data with the option to top up. The bill this month came to a R1000 extra due to data usage and when I enquired about the capping facility with Autopage I was told that I cannot have the option because they do not have that facility. <br> And when I mentioned to the call centre agent (his name is Fan) that this is the change on the contract terms and will need to speak to someone who can ensure that my contract is kept as per the terms he referred me to his website to lodge a complaint of which I did.<br> I find this service pathetic and I need my contract to be kept as per my initial contract with Nashua Mobile.<br> <br>
