Data Cap / Limit not activated

Autopage is an absolute disgrace of a company who cheat their own clients to make a profit. I had a 2 gig contract with Nashua mobile for R99 per month. I also had a value added service for data limit as part of this contract to ensure that i don't use more than the allocated monthly data. However, after Nashua mobile closed, my account was moved to Autopage but it seems like they didn't migrate my limit. 2 months ago, my usage went over the allocated 2 gigs and since Autopage hadn't migrated my limit my service was not suspended and consumption continued up until the bill was now R5900. I got an email stating what had occurred and when i called the call center to query this issue i was treated with such disrespect and arrogance. Autopage basically didn't want to acknowledge their error and went ahead to debit my account with R5900. I think this is really unfair business practice and i've vowed to make as much noise as possible to ensure that innocent clients are not caught up in the same problem.
