Data bundle never loaded - amounts to high bills

I arranged with autopage on 19Jan that from 1Feb 3GB (at a cost of R299) of data will be loaded onto my contract. this never happened. I got in touch with Brian Maleka in March to discuss & resolve the matter. Brian and I chatted for 19&20 March, where he had then stopped replying to me. On 1Apr I contacted him to tell him the the 3GB hasn't been loaded again!No response until i sent him a follow up mail on the 9th.He responded \Please be advised that I have requested for credits to get passed to your account as you initially requested for the 3GB data bundle in January and only received a partial amount of data in March 2015."But I STILL haven't got my 3gb and my bills are sitting at R2000"
