Data bundle added but suspiciously removed!

I added a data bundle last year and it worked for a while, i then realised i needed more data so i switched off 500mb addon bundle and activated 1gig bundle - worked fine.<br> <br> Feb 2015 it stopped working i.e. automatically no more addon bundles - i logged on to myaccount on altech website and saw pending request was selected on both 500mb and 1gig.<br> <br> So i complained to Greenstone branch & ZERO help. So i needed data so before my contract data expired i activated 2 gig bundle - immediately data was added and then again deactivated!<br> <br> LOOK I ACTIVATED THE BUNDLE, AND I HAVE PROOF THAT IT WAS ACTIVATED - I WILL NOT PAY FOR MY OUT OF BUNDLE ACCOUNT - 2 GIG CANNOT DISAPPEAR JUST LIKE THAT? PLEASE ADVISE. LOG ON TO MY ACCOUNT AND LOOK AT THE LOGS.<br> <br> This is ridiculous - i cannot keep visiting your branch and waiting an HOUR in the queue to be told oh we cannot help, we will log a call. Where is my feedback?!<br> <br> How can bundles just stop when i did not stop them! The fact that i activated and it worked means someone or something stopped it - i do not want to pay out of bundle rates!<br> <br> Email me for my cell phone number to check my account.
