Data and Airtime Rip-off

I have an MTN Top up 350 contract with Altech Autopage which was topped up with R370 worth of Airtime today. I had a total of R412 of airtime after the top up. I then bought 1GB of data and got 1GB of data free from the MTN special.<br> <br> I then went on to the internet went through some company profiles using my phone as a hotspot like I would usually do. About an hour later when I looked at my phone I had zero Airtime and zero data. 2GB of Data and R412 of Airtime was gone!! Just like that.<br> <br> I called MTN, and they told me to call Altech Autopage as I'm their client. I had to buy Airtime in order to call Altech and R60 worth of airtime was finished while I was not only insulted but also given the run around at kept on hold for most if the time at the Altech call center.<br> <br> They don't even have the decency to return the call after I have told the agent that the phone will cut off as I was on hold for most of the time.<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable.<br> <br> I want my airtime and data back
