Damaged phone not repaired after 4 months.

Hi. I bought a Huawei Ascend Mate on contract with Altech Aoutopage, Northgate branch. The phone started experiencing problems and in November 2014 I took it back to the store for repairs. When they returned it in Dec 2015, it only worked for a week and started having battery problems again until it could no longer switch on. <br> I returned it to Autopage Northgte 1st week of Jan 2015, and the phone has been there ever since. Every time I make an inquiry, by visiting the store, email or call center, no one knows why my phone is not being repaired or replaced, or why the phone has been kept at Northgate store room since I sent it in in January. The phone was still under warranttie is and insured through Autopage. <br> According to the agreement form I signed, section 8.1.1 warrants that for 6 months period, goods purchased will be reasonably suitable for the purpose for which they were purchased or leased. My phone gave me problems in less than 6 months. In cases of defects, section 8.2 and 8.3 sets out a procedure to deal with such. I handed in my device the moment it gave me problems, but Autopage has failed to repair, replace or inform me that the repair will take longer than normal
