damaged goods returned and still waiting 9 months

contract was taken out. damaged goods was returned. was not booked in properly by staff and no record is found. paying for a product which we do not have and not compensated in any way. being pushed around to all different departments and nobody wants to take responsibility. very poor response from a supposed to be service industry. would NOT recommend anybody to deal with this company. They are blatantly *****ing our money every month and smiling about it
