cutting my phone every month

ive been with altech autopage for almost a year and every month they cut my phone . i have now complaint so many times . and so tired , they cut my phone a day before payment , and today as normal my phone is still off , there responds only come a day or two later , what els can i do . like i said IM SOOOO TIRED !!!?????????
