Cut Phone Line

Hi I have had numerous bad encounters with altech autopage i have asked several times for a manager to call me but to date no one has contacted me, my accounts was never in areas for the period that i was with altech but they constantly cut my line and they blamed it on the system, also they never reconnected my line until i contacted them, so i refused to pay until i spoke to a manager, and nothing, my line is still cut and i will still refuse to pay that money, this company has no ethics but i guess that is why they went down, but what can be done to resolve my issue and i am sure there are plenty more out there
