cut line without notice or invoice

For 3 months I do not get invoices. After the 4th month I get a invoice and statement with a huge amount for the 4months and I must just pay at oncr. After multiple times of trying and no response I gave up to try get invoices. Now they cut my line without any notice and just demand payment. I am so disgusted as this is the 2nd time this happens.
